Grand Lodge Convention Committee Announcement

Brothers of the Grand Lodge and Visitors;

In holding our annual convention during this pandemic, the convention hotel is taking full protective measures in doing their part; and we must do our part as well – Safety is above all.

Therefore, we will have the following health protocols in place:

• Face masks or coverings are required (like the present requirements in place within the city of Springfield). Exceptions of course for eating/drinking, or for medical conditions.
• Social distancing set-ups – such as, seats in meeting rooms being 6 feet apart. The meeting room (and, Banquet/Lunch facility) has ample space for a group of our size, for such layouts.
• The hotel has been provided a ‘social distancing’ layout and will abide by. The hotel no longer has buffets – all meals will be plated and the free breakfast will still be provided.

Please follow these when attending – the health and safety of our members is of utmost importance, as well as those around us. Thank you.
